REDDOT RDPRO300-FS7 7-Wavelength LED Light Therapy Panel

The RDPRO300-FS7 is the compact panel in REDDOT’s RDPRO FS7 range — a 60 dual-chip LED unit measuring 26.9 × 23 × 6.6 cm and weighing 3.8 kg. It emits seven wavelengths (480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850 and 1060 nm), each dimmable independently from 0–100%, and it is the only panel in the range supplied with a desktop handle rather than door-hanging hardware. REDDOT measures its irradiance at 118 mW/cm² at 15 cm with all seven channels at 100%.

Wellari Expert Take

Why Consider the RDPRO300-FS7?

Across the FS7 range, the number that changes least is irradiance and the number that changes most is coverage area. At 15 cm the five panels sit between 114 and 131 mW/cm² — a narrow band. What separates them is how much of you the light reaches: this panel covers 71 × 61 cm at its widest working distance, where the largest panel in the range covers 221 × 119 cm.

So the honest way to read the RDPRO300-FS7 is as a targeted panel, which is exactly how REDDOT classifies it. It is sized for one area at a time at close range — a desk, a bench, a clinic table — and it is the panel to choose if that is the actual use, rather than the panel to compromise on if you want whole-body coverage.

It is also the panel whose output falls away fastest with distance. REDDOT’s own curve shows 118 mW/cm² at 15 cm dropping to 22 mW/cm² at 90 cm — about 19% retained. That is the physics of a small array, not a defect, but it does mean working distance matters more here than on any other model in the range. REDDOT’s manual specifies a 6–12 inch (roughly 15–30 cm) operating distance.

Best For

  • One area at a time at close range — a desk, bench or clinic table
  • Buyers who want the seven-channel FS7 control set in the smallest and lightest format
  • Rooms with no wall or door suitable for hanging a panel
  • A first panel, where portability matters more than coverage area
  • Pairing with a larger FS7 panel as a second, movable unit

RDPRO300-FS7 Features & Buying Details

The Seven-Wavelength Spectrum
  • Blue: 480 nm
  • Red: 630 nm and 660 nm
  • Near-infrared: 810 nm, 830 nm, 850 nm and 1060 nm
  • Channel control: each of the seven wavelengths is dimmable independently from 0–100%
  • Group control: the touchscreen also sets the blue, red and near-infrared groups together

All five FS7 panels emit the same seven wavelengths. What differs between models is array size, coverage and power — not the spectrum. Every channel can be set to zero, so the panel can be run as red-only, near-infrared-only, or any combination.

What we do not claim. Wellari publishes the wavelengths this device emits and the output REDDOT measures. We do not attach health, therapeutic or performance outcomes to any wavelength, and we do not reproduce the outcome claims that appear in the manufacturer’s manual. If you are considering light therapy for a specific concern, that is a conversation for a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.

Irradiance & Operating Distance

REDDOT measures 118 mW/cm² at 15 cm, with all seven channels running at 100%. Both halves of that sentence matter. A figure quoted at a different distance, or with only the red and near-infrared channels active, is not comparable to this one.

Distance Irradiance Illuminated field
15 cm 118 mW/cm² 25 × 20 cm
30 cm 70 mW/cm² 35 × 30 cm
45 cm 58 mW/cm² 40 × 40 cm
60 cm 46 mW/cm² 50 × 50 cm
90 cm 22 mW/cm² 71 × 61 cm

The table above is REDDOT’s published curve for this model — irradiance and the size of the illuminated field at each distance. Output falls as distance rises and the field widens; this panel retains about 19% of its 15 cm figure at 90 cm.

REDDOT’s manual specifies an operating distance of 6–12 inches (roughly 15–30 cm) and sessions of 2–15 minutes depending on distance. Follow the manufacturer’s current instructions rather than anything you read on a retail page, including this one.

We do not compare these figures to other brands. Manufacturers measure irradiance at different distances, with different channels active, using different instruments. Unless the method matches, the comparison is not meaningful.

Controls, Presets & App
  • On-board touchscreen: brightness, timer and pulse, set per channel or by group
  • Wireless remote: pressing on/off once runs the red and near-infrared channels at 100% for 20 minutes; a smart-mode button cycles the preset programs
  • App: RLT System, available on the App Store and Google Play
  • Preset programs: eleven built-in programs, each carrying its own default brightness, time and pulse settings
  • Saved settings: three user presets stored in device memory
  • Groups: three remote groups, so multiple panels in one room can be controlled separately
  • Timer: 1–30 minutes, with an audible alert at the halfway point and automatic screen-off
  • Pulsing: 0–9999 Hz, near-infrared channels only, adjustable per channel

Pulsing applies to the near-infrared channels only — 810, 830, 850 and 1060 nm. The blue and red channels (480, 630 and 660 nm) are dimmable but are not pulsed. This is a point where product listings in this category are frequently loose, so we state it precisely: a “0–9999 Hz” figure on an FS7 panel describes the four near-infrared channels, not all seven.

App support is confirmed for all five FS7 panels. REDDOT has confirmed this directly in writing. Older dealer documentation listed app control for the RDPRO750-FS7 only; that information is superseded.

We do not publish the manufacturer’s names for the eleven preset programs. Several of them are named after health conditions and outcomes, and reproducing those names on a retail page would imply claims we are not in a position to support. The programs are simply combinations of brightness, time and pulse settings, and every one of those settings can be adjusted manually.

Power, Cooling & Electrical
  • Power consumption: 99 W (manufacturer-stated)
  • Current at 120 V: 0.83 A
  • Current at 220 V: 0.45 A
  • Cooling: one cooling fan
  • Low-power mode: a switch on the unit reduces light output to 75%
  • LED lifespan: 50,000 hours, manufacturer-rated

Have a qualified electrician confirm your intended supply before installation. The figures above are REDDOT’s stated values for the device. What supply and circuit are appropriate at your property depends on your wiring, what else is on the circuit and local requirements — that is an assessment for an electrician, and we do not make it on this page.

The low-power switch is worth knowing about: set to position 1, output drops to 75%. It is a hardware switch on the unit, separate from the touchscreen dimming.

Size, Mounting & What Is Included
  • Panel dimensions: 26.9 × 23 × 6.6 cm (10.6 × 9.1 × 2.6 in)
  • Weight: 3.8 kg (8.4 lb)
  • Maximum coverage: 71 × 61 cm (28 × 24 in), at 90 cm
  • Mounting: Desktop handle

What is included, per REDDOT’s accessory list for this model:

  • LED therapy light (panel)
  • Eye protection
  • Handle
  • Remote control
  • Power cable
  • Patch cable

REDDOT also supplies threaded posts for the RDPRO series that allow two panels to be connected vertically, so a setup can be extended later without replacing the first unit.

We list only what appears on REDDOT’s accessory page for this model. If an item is not listed above, assume it is not included and ask us before ordering.

Warranty, EMF & Manufacturer Information
  • Manufacturer warranty: 3 years
  • Brand: REDDOT LED
  • Model: RDPRO300-FS7
  • GTIN / UPC: none assigned by the manufacturer
On EMFREDDOT’s manual lists EMF emission for this panel as “Negligible”. No measured value, test distance, test standard or laboratory report is published alongside it.

So we do not restate it as a claim. You will not see this panel described on our site as zero-EMF, near-zero-EMF, ultra-low-EMF or low-EMF, because a single unquantified word in a manual does not support any of those. We have reported what the manufacturer states, attributed to the manufacturer, and left it there. If a measured EMF figure matters to your decision, tell us and we will request one from REDDOT in writing before you order.

On identifiers. REDDOT has assigned no GTIN or UPC to the FS7 panels. We have not created one, and we do not repurpose a warranty or date code as a retail barcode. The manufacturer model number above is the identifier to quote when cross-referencing REDDOT documentation.

Warranty terms, coverage and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer and may vary by component. Review REDDOT’s current warranty documentation for the terms that apply to your panel, and keep your purchase documentation for future support reference.

All five panels emit the same seven wavelengths and carry the same control set, timer range, beam angle, LED lifespan rating and 3-year warranty. The choice between them is coverage, output at working distance, electrical draw and how the panel mounts. Irradiance at 15 cm sits in a narrow band across the range — it is the coverage column, and how well each panel holds output as you step back, that actually separates them.

Common Questions

What wavelengths does this panel emit?

Seven, individually controlled: 480 nm (blue), 630 and 660 nm (red), and 810, 830, 850 and 1060 nm (near-infrared). Each channel is dimmable from 0 to 100%, so the panel can be run as red-only, near-infrared-only, or any combination.

What does “118 mW/cm² at 15 cm” actually mean?

It is the irradiance REDDOT measures at 15 cm from the panel with all seven channels running at 100%. Distance and channel state both change the figure — at 90 cm this panel measures 22 mW/cm². Figures quoted at other distances, or with only some channels active, are not comparable.

Does it work with an app?

Yes. REDDOT has confirmed in writing that all five FS7 panels support the RLT System app, available on the App Store and Google Play. The panel also has an on-board touchscreen and ships with a wireless remote.

Do all seven wavelengths pulse?

No. Pulsing from 0 to 9999 Hz applies to the four near-infrared channels only — 810, 830, 850 and 1060 nm. The blue and red channels are dimmable but are not pulsed.

Is this panel big enough for full-body sessions?

No, and REDDOT does not classify it that way — it lists the RDPRO300-FS7 as Targeted. Its widest published coverage is 71 × 61 cm at 90 cm distance. If you want whole-body coverage, the RDPRO3000-FS7 and RDPRO6000-FS7 are the models REDDOT classifies as full body.

How does it mount?

It does not — it is supplied with a desktop handle and stands on a surface. The RDPRO750-FS7 and RDPRO1500-FS7 ship with a door hook and hanging hardware; the RDPRO3000-FS7 and RDPRO6000-FS7 ship with a wall stand.

What does REDDOT publish about EMF?

One word. REDDOT’s manual lists EMF emission as “Negligible” with no measured value, test distance or standard published. That is the whole of what the manufacturer publishes. We report the manufacturer’s wording and attribute it, and we do not convert it into a low-EMF, near-zero-EMF or zero-EMF claim. If a measured figure matters to you, ask us and we will request one from REDDOT in writing.

Does it have a barcode or UPC?

No. REDDOT has assigned no GTIN or UPC to the FS7 panels, and we have not created one. Quote the model number RDPRO300-FS7 when cross-referencing REDDOT documentation.

What warranty applies?

Three years from the manufacturer. Coverage and claim procedures are set by REDDOT and may vary by component. Review REDDOT’s current warranty documentation for the terms that apply to your panel.

How is this different from the other FS7 panels?

Every FS7 panel shares the same seven wavelengths, control set, 1–30 minute timer, 30-degree beam angle, 50,000-hour LED rating and 3-year warranty. This one has 60 dual-chip LEDs, draws 99 W and covers up to 71 × 61 cm. The comparison table above sets all five side by side.
