Shipping Policy
Last Updated: July 27, 2026
Wellari Wellness is committed to delivering premium wellness and recovery equipment safely and professionally. Because our catalog ranges from portable accessories to large commercial, freight-delivered, and made-to-order systems, shipping methods, preparation times, delivery requirements, and available services vary by product.
This Shipping Policy explains our standard shipping practices. Product-specific shipping terms displayed on a product page, quotation, invoice, sales agreement, or written order confirmation may also apply.
1. Shipping Destinations and Costs
Contiguous United States
Standard online checkout is available to delivery addresses in the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states.
Free standard ground shipping or curbside freight delivery is included on eligible products unless otherwise stated on the product page, quotation, checkout, or order confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for services or circumstances including:
- Liftgate service
- White-glove delivery
- Room-of-choice delivery
- Inside delivery
- Installation or assembly
- Remote-area or limited-access delivery
- Residential freight delivery
- Appointment or expedited delivery
- Storage, redelivery, reconsignment, or special handling
- Unusual access conditions or delivery-site restrictions
Known required charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer for approval before the order is shipped.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Other Destinations
Standard online checkout is not currently available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Select products may be eligible for custom shipping quotations to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other destinations. Availability depends on the product, supplier, carrier, destination, warranty limitations, import requirements, and service availability.
Please contact Wellari Wellness before ordering to request a custom shipping quotation. A quotation or shipping inquiry does not guarantee that delivery is available.
Currency
All website transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD).
2. Processing and Delivery Times
Total estimated delivery time generally consists of:
Handling or Production Time + Carrier Transit Time
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other days on which applicable manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, carriers, or financial institutions are closed.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been accepted, payment has been authorized or cleared, and any information required to process the order has been received.
Estimated Shipping Timeframes by Product Category
| Shipping Category | Handling or Production Time | Estimated Transit Time | Estimated Total Delivery Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Shipping — In-Stock Accessories | 2–3 business days | 3–5 business days | 5–8 business days |
| In-Stock Freight Equipment | 3–5 business days | 5–10 business days | 8–15 business days |
| Red-Light Systems — Made to Order | 5–7 business days | 7–10 business days | 12–17 business days |
| Cryotherapy Chambers — Made to Order | 20–30 business days | 5–10 business days | 25–40 business days |
| Hardside Hyperbaric Systems — Made to Order | 30–40 business days | 7–14 business days | 37–54 business days |
Important Timing Information
- Certain products are built, configured, manufactured, tested, or prepared specifically for the customer.
- Production and handling times may vary by product configuration, manufacturer capacity, component availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.
- Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a written guaranteed service is specifically purchased and confirmed.
- Tracking may not show immediate movement after a label is created, particularly for freight, manufacturer-direct, international-origin, or scheduled-pickup shipments.
- Large freight shipments may require an appointment before final delivery.
- Weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor interruptions, customs processing, remote locations, and other circumstances outside our control may delay delivery.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, or on weekends or holidays, will generally begin processing on the next business day.
The cut-off time does not guarantee same-day shipment. Each order remains subject to product availability, payment verification, supplier processing, production requirements, fraud screening, and the handling time shown for the applicable product.
4. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Products may be shipped from Wellari Wellness, a manufacturer, distributor, supplier, warehouse, fulfillment facility, or other verified commercial source involved in fulfilling the order.
Wellari Wellness is the seller of record for purchases completed directly through wellariwellness.com unless expressly stated otherwise in a written sales agreement.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean the order has entered production or shipped.
We may contact the customer to confirm:
- Delivery address or contact information
- Product configuration or electrical requirements
- Site access and delivery conditions
- Freight-service requirements
- Payment or fraud-verification information
- Installation scheduling
- Other information needed to process or deliver the order
Failure to provide requested information may delay fulfillment or result in cancellation under our Order Cancellation Policy.
5. Freight Delivery
Large, heavy, commercial, or specialized products may be delivered by freight carrier rather than a standard parcel service.
Curbside Freight Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, standard freight delivery is generally curbside delivery to an accessible location at or near the delivery address.
Curbside delivery typically does not include:
- Inside delivery
- Room-of-choice placement
- Uncrating or debris removal
- Assembly
- Installation
- Movement up or down stairs
- Movement through narrow doors, hallways, elevators, or restricted-access areas
Delivery Appointments
The freight carrier may contact the customer using the phone number provided with the order to schedule a delivery appointment or delivery window.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to carrier communications promptly.
Liftgate Service
Liftgate service may be required when the delivery location does not have a commercial loading dock or suitable equipment for unloading the shipment.
Where liftgate service is required but not included, an additional charge may apply.
Storage, Redelivery, and Reconsignment Fees
If the carrier cannot reach the customer, the customer misses a scheduled appointment, the delivery location is inaccessible, or the shipment cannot be accepted as arranged, the carrier may assess storage, redelivery, reconsignment, detention, or other fees.
Fees resulting from customer unavailability, inaccurate information, site restrictions, refusal of an authorized shipment, or failure to prepare the delivery location are the customer’s responsibility.
6. White-Glove Delivery and Installation
White-glove delivery, room-of-choice delivery, uncrating, placement, assembly, installation, testing, training, or debris removal may be available for certain products when expressly purchased or confirmed in writing.
The exact services included depend on the product, destination, provider, quotation, and written order terms.
White-glove delivery or installation is not included unless it is specifically listed on the product page, invoice, quotation, checkout, or order confirmation.
Customers should not assume that a freight driver will provide installation, assembly, inside placement, or removal of packaging materials.
7. Customer Site and Access Responsibilities
Before delivery or installation, the customer is responsible for confirming that the site is ready and suitable for the product.
Customer responsibilities may include:
- Measurements: Confirming that doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, loading areas, and the final installation space can accommodate the packaged and assembled product.
- Clear access: Providing a safe, clear, and unobstructed path from the unloading location to the intended destination.
- Electrical requirements: Confirming that the site has the correct voltage, amperage, outlet type, dedicated circuit, grounding, and other electrical requirements stated by the manufacturer.
- Structural capacity: Confirming that floors, walls, ceilings, platforms, and other structural elements can safely support the product.
- Environmental requirements: Confirming adequate ventilation, temperature control, drainage, water supply, ceiling clearance, humidity control, or other product-specific requirements.
- Permits and approvals: Obtaining any required permits, inspections, landlord approvals, building approvals, professional evaluations, or regulatory clearances.
- On-site assistance: Providing appropriate personnel or equipment when required for unloading, movement, assembly, or installation.
Delivery or installation may be postponed, refused, or rescheduled when the site is unsafe, inaccessible, unprepared, or inconsistent with the product requirements.
Additional costs caused by an unprepared or unsuitable site may be charged to the customer.
8. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, Wellari Wellness will provide it by email or through the customer’s order-status page after the shipment has been processed by the applicable supplier, warehouse, or carrier.
Some freight shipments use a bill of lading, pro number, appointment reference, or other shipment identifier instead of standard parcel tracking.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label or freight document is created.
9. Shipping Carriers
Depending on the product, origin, destination, and required service, orders may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL, common freight carriers, regional carriers, final-mile delivery providers, manufacturer-selected carriers, or other logistics providers.
We may select or change the carrier when reasonably necessary to fulfill the order safely and efficiently.
10. Carrier Liability, Declared Value, and Shipping Protection
Shipments may be protected by applicable carrier liability, declared-value coverage, or shipping protection arranged for the order. Coverage limits, exclusions, documentation requirements, and claim procedures vary by carrier, supplier, shipment type, destination, and product.
Carrier liability or declared value is not necessarily the same as full replacement-cost insurance.
Customers must cooperate with reasonable documentation and claim requirements, which may include providing:
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- A copy of the delivery receipt
- Damage notations made at delivery
- Serial numbers
- Descriptions of missing or damaged items
- Retention of packaging and damaged materials
11. Inspection at Delivery
Customers should inspect parcel and freight shipments promptly upon delivery.
For freight shipments, inspect the packaging and visible portions of the product before signing the delivery receipt whenever reasonably possible.
If visible damage, shortage, punctures, crushed packaging, missing pieces, broken bands, torn wrapping, or other irregularities are present:
- Describe the damage or shortage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Take clear photographs before the product is moved or unpacked further.
- Keep all packaging, pallets, labels, and shipment documents.
- Contact Wellari Wellness promptly.
Do not sign a delivery receipt as being in good condition if visible damage or shortage is present.
12. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Report damaged, lost, incomplete, or missing shipments to Wellari Wellness promptly so that we can review the issue and assist with the applicable carrier, supplier, or manufacturer process.
Do not discard packaging, repair the product, return the shipment, or dispose of damaged components until written instructions have been provided.
Failure to inspect the shipment, document visible damage, preserve packaging, or report the issue promptly may limit available carrier or supplier remedies.
13. Delivery Delays
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless Wellari Wellness expressly provides a written guaranteed date.
Wellari Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Labor interruptions
- Manufacturer or supplier delays
- Component or inventory shortages
- Customs or import processing
- Government actions or regulatory delays
- Road closures or transportation interruptions
- Remote-area access limitations
- Customer scheduling or site-access issues
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate known material delays.
14. Address Changes
Customers must review the shipping address carefully before submitting an order.
Address-change requests are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing. Additional carrier, supplier, rerouting, reconsignment, storage, or delivery fees may apply.
Wellari Wellness is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized address supplied by the customer.
15. Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
Do not refuse delivery without prior written authorization from Wellari Wellness.
A shipment refused without authorization may be treated as an unauthorized return. The customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return freight, storage, redelivery, reconsignment, handling charges, restocking fees, and other costs resulting from the refusal.
Orders returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, failed appointment, inaccessible location, or customer unavailability may be subject to additional charges before redelivery or refund consideration.
Please review our Order Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy for additional information.
16. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in carriers, products, delivery services, supplier practices, business operations, or legal requirements.
The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
