Shipping policy

At Wellari Wellness, we are committed to delivering premium wellness equipment safely and professionally. Due to the specialized nature of our products—ranging from portable accessories to institutional-grade systems—we provide both standard and specialized freight delivery services.


1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

Free Shipping

We currently ship online orders to the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states. Free standard ground or curbside freight shipping is included on eligible products unless otherwise stated. Optional or required services such as liftgate delivery, white-glove delivery, room-of-choice delivery, installation, remote-area delivery, or special freight handling may add charges. Any required charges are shown before you complete payment.

Freight & Specialized Equipment

For large-scale equipment, we provide specialized freight delivery. While many systems include delivery, any additional freight, liftgate, or White Glove installation fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to shipment.

Service Area

We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

At this time, we do not offer standard online checkout shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Customers located outside the contiguous United States may contact us regarding custom shipping availability for select products.

  • Delivery estimates are provided for transparency and may vary slightly based on manufacturer availability and carrier scheduling.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Central Time (CST – UTC-06:00)
Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.


4. Freight Delivery, White Glove & Installation

For high-capacity equipment (including Hyperbaric Chambers, Cryotherapy Systems, and large wellness units):

Freight Coordination

The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. You must be reachable to confirm delivery.

Storage Fees

If the carrier cannot reach you, or if a scheduled delivery is missed, the equipment may be placed in temporary storage. Any storage and redelivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

White Glove Installation (if selected)

Certified technicians may coordinate delivery, uncrating, placement, and system setup depending on the product.


5. Pre-Installation Requirements (Customer Responsibility)

To ensure a successful delivery and installation, customers are responsible for:

  • Site Dimensions: Ensure doorways, hallways, and installation space can accommodate the equipment
  • Electrical Requirements: Ensure the installation site meets required voltage and outlet specifications (refer to product specifications)
  • Floor Load: Confirm flooring can support the weight of the unit (especially for large systems)
  • Clear Path: Ensure a clear and unobstructed path from the delivery location to the installation area

Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional delivery or rescheduling charges.


6. Carriers & Delivery

Shipping Origin

Orders are fulfilled by Wellari Wellness (Wellari LLC) and authorized manufacturer and distribution partners.

Seller of Record

Wellari Wellness (Wellari LLC) is the official seller of record for all transactions completed on this website.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Carriers

We use UPS, FedEx, DHL, and specialized freight providers.

Insurance

All shipments include carrier insurance.
