Order Cancellation Policy

Important Order Verification Notice
This cancellation policy applies only to orders placed with Wellari Wellness, including orders placed through wellariwellness.com or through an invoice or order issued directly by Wellari Wellness. Wellari Wellness is operated by Wellari LLC. If your order confirmation or bank statement identifies a different website, merchant, or company, your order was not placed with Wellari Wellness.

Wellari Wellness processes orders as quickly as possible to support timely fulfillment and delivery. Because some products are shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, or freight facilities, cancellation eligibility depends on the product type and the order's fulfillment status.

Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped before processing or shipment.

1. Standard Products

Orders for standard products may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order has been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been submitted to a supplier, warehouse, fulfillment partner, or carrier for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, even if tracking information has not yet been issued.

2. Made-to-Order, Custom, and Special-Order Products

Orders for custom-built, made-to-order, configured, personalized, or special-order products may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production, procurement, customization, or fulfillment has not already begun.

After the initial 24-hour period, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. If manufacturing, procurement, production, administrative, configuration, or supplier costs have already been incurred, a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply.

Certain custom or made-to-order products may become non-cancelable once production or procurement begins. Any product-specific cancellation terms shown on the product page, quotation, invoice, sales agreement, or order confirmation will also apply.

4. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed for shipment, tendered to a carrier, transferred to a freight terminal, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

The customer must accept delivery unless Wellari Wellness provides written instructions stating otherwise. After delivery, any return request will be reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy.

Return eligibility, return shipping costs, restocking fees, freight charges, installation charges, and other deductions may apply.

5. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Do not refuse delivery without prior written authorization from Wellari Wellness.

A shipment refused without authorization may be treated as an unauthorized return. The customer may be responsible for applicable costs, including:

• Original outbound shipping or freight charges
• Return shipping or freight charges
• Carrier reconsignment, storage, redelivery, or handling fees
• Applicable restocking fees
• Installation, white-glove, liftgate, or special-delivery charges
• Damage or loss caused by an unauthorized refusal or return

6. Return Authorization Required

Cancellation approval does not constitute return authorization.

Do not ship, return, reroute, or refuse any product unless Wellari Wellness has provided written authorization and the correct return destination. Approved returns may need to be sent to a manufacturer, supplier, warehouse, distributor, or other authorized facility rather than to the Wellari Wellness customer-service address.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

7. Approved Cancellation Refunds

If a cancellation is approved before the order enters processing or shipment, Wellari Wellness will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days after cancellation is confirmed. Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financing company may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Any disclosed and applicable cancellation fee, nonrefundable transaction cost, supplier charge, or other permitted deduction will be communicated before the cancellation is finalized.

8. Cancellations by Wellari Wellness

Wellari Wellness reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product unavailability or discontinuation
• Pricing, inventory, specification, or listing errors
• Supplier or manufacturer restrictions
• Suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or payment-verification concerns
• Shipping restrictions or an undeliverable destination
• Failure to provide information required to process the order
• Legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance concerns

If Wellari Wellness cancels an order, the customer will be notified and any amount collected for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded to the original payment method, unless another lawful arrangement is agreed to in writing.

Customers may use the form below to submit a written cancellation or return request. Use of this form is optional and does not replace the requirement to receive written approval from Wellari Wellness.

If a product page, quotation, invoice, sales agreement, or written order confirmation contains product-specific cancellation terms, those terms will apply to that product to the extent they are consistent with applicable law.
