Order Cancellation Policy

At Wellari Wellness, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, there is a limited window in which an order can be cancelled. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations for both standard and custom-built items.

1. CANCELLATION WINDOW

  • Standard Items: You may request a cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Custom-Built / Made-to-Order Items: Many of our products (Saunas, Cold Plunges, etc.) enter the production phase immediately. Cancellations for these items must be requested within 12 hours of order confirmation to avoid production fees.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via one of the following methods:

3. CANCELLATIONS AFTER SHIPMENT

If your order has already been processed for shipment or has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. * In this event, you must wait to receive the item and then follow our Refund & Returns Policy to initiate a return.

4. REFUSED DELIVERIES

If you refuse a delivery at your door without prior authorization from Wellari Wellness, the shipment will be treated as a standard return.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

If your cancellation request is successful and confirmed before dispatch, we will issue a full refund immediately. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. CANCELLATIONS BY WELLARI WELLNESS

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including:

  • Inaccurate pricing or product information errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (identified by our security systems).
  • Stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
