Order Cancellation Policy

At Wellari Wellness, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Because of our commitment to rapid fulfillment, there is a limited window in which an order can be cancelled before it enters the shipping phase.

1. Cancellation Window

Standard Orders: You may request a cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
Processing Note: Once an order has been processed for shipment or has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

3. Other Ways to Cancel

If you prefer not to use our digital request process, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by using our formal Order Withdrawal Form.

Complete: Fill in your order details, including your Order Number and the date of purchase.

4. Cancellations After Shipment

If your order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Next Steps: You must receive the delivery and then follow our Refund & Returns Policy to initiate a standard return.

5. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused at the destination address without prior written authorization from Wellari Wellness, the shipment will be treated as a standard return.

6. Refund Processing

Approval: If your cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

7. Cancellations by Wellari Wellness

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

Inaccurate pricing or technical errors on the website.
Suspected fraudulent activity identified by our security systems.
Unexpected stock unavailability.

In these cases, you will be notified immediately via email and issued a full refund.
