1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?
We ship exclusively within the United States. All transactions are processed in USD.

How much does shipping cost?
We currently ship online orders to the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states. Free standard ground or curbside freight shipping is included on eligible products unless otherwise stated. Optional or required services such as liftgate delivery, white-glove delivery, room-of-choice delivery, installation, remote-area delivery, or special freight handling may add charges. Any required charges are shown before you complete payment

What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off is 2:00 PM Central Time (CST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

What is your delivery timeframe?
Total delivery time is calculated as:
Handling / Production Time + Transit Time

  • Standard Accessories (In-Stock):
    2–3 Business Days (Handling) + 3–5 Business Days (Transit) = 5–8 Business Days Total
  • In-Stock Freight Equipment:
    3–5 Business Days (Handling) + 5–10 Business Days (Transit) = 8–15 Business Days Total
  • Red Light Systems (Made-to-Order):
    5–7 Business Days (Handling) + 7–10 Business Days (Transit) = 12–17 Business Days Total
  • Cryotherapy Chambers (Made-to-Order):
    20–30 Business Days (Handling) + 5–10 Business Days (Transit) = 25–40 Business Days Total
  • Hardside Hyperbaric Systems (Made-to-Order):
    30–40 Business Days (Handling) + 7–14 Business Days (Transit) = 37–54 Business Days Total

Important: Many products are made-to-order or built to specification. Delivery estimates may vary slightly based on manufacturer availability and carrier scheduling.


How do freight deliveries work?
For large equipment, the freight carrier will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.
Important: You must be reachable to confirm delivery. Missed deliveries may result in storage and redelivery fees at the customer’s expense.

What are my responsibilities before delivery?
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • The delivery path is clear and accessible
  • Doorways, hallways, and installation space can accommodate the equipment
  • Electrical requirements (voltage/outlets) are met
  • Flooring can support the system weight

Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional delivery or rescheduling charges.


2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Standard Items: May be canceled for a full refund any time before processing for shipment
  • Made-to-Order Items: May be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • Late Cancellations: After 24 hours, a 15% production fee may apply if manufacturing has begun

When will I be charged?
Your payment method is charged at checkout to reserve your equipment and initiate fulfillment or production.


3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?
Yes—on standard items in “Like New” condition (unused and in original packaging) within 30 days of delivery.

What items are non-returnable?
Due to hygiene and safety requirements, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used Hyperbaric or Cryotherapy systems
  • Custom-built or made-to-order equipment
  • Opened wellness wearables or consumables

What fees apply to returns?

  • Restocking Fee: 25% on voluntary returns of large equipment
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all return freight costs
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable and deducted from final refund

What if my item arrives damaged?
For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing.
Report damage within 48 hours to info@wellariwellness.com with photos so we can arrange a repair or replacement at no cost.
