1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?

We ship exclusively to the Continental United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all standard orders.

What is your delivery timeframe?

Handling Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days.
  • Total Delivery: Typically 5–8 business days.
  • Note: Made-to-order or custom freight items may take 15–50 business days.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. For custom-built items, please contact us within 12 hours. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be treated as a return.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed to reserve your equipment and begin the fulfillment process.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns on items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Is there a restocking fee?

No, there's no restocking fee.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us at info@wellariwellness.com within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Are your products FDA approved?

Statements regarding our wellness products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are intended for general wellness and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Should I consult a doctor before using a sauna or cold plunge?

Absolutely. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new heat or cold therapy, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are pregnant.
