Refund policy

At Wellari Wellness, we specialize in premium wellness and recovery equipment, including products that may be custom-built, made-to-order, freight delivered, or manufactured specifically for individual customers. Because of the specialized nature of many products we offer, return eligibility varies by product category.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Standard Products

Orders for standard products may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order has been processed for shipment.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Orders for custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order products, including certain hyperbaric chambers, cryotherapy systems, red light therapy beds, and other manufacturer-built equipment, may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Late Cancellations

If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours and manufacturing, production, procurement, or customization has already begun, a cancellation fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund to cover costs already incurred.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Standard Products

Return requests for eligible products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • New and unused

  • Unassembled

  • Free from damage or excessive handling

  • In their original packaging with all included components, manuals, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products

  • Used hyperbaric chambers

  • Used cryotherapy equipment

  • Installed equipment

  • Opened wellness consumables

  • Opened wearable products intended for personal use

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification

RESTOCKING FEES & RETURN SHIPPING

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to voluntary returns of certain large, freight-delivered, or specialty equipment. Restocking fees help offset inspection, testing, handling, and repackaging costs incurred by the manufacturer or supplier. Applicable restocking fees, if any, will be communicated during the return authorization process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping, freight, crating, handling, and transportation costs unless the return is the result of verified shipping damage, a manufacturer defect, or an error by Wellari Wellness. For freight-delivered products, customers are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged, crated, and prepared for carrier pickup.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, freight charges, white-glove delivery fees, installation fees, and other completed service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

SHIPPING DAMAGE & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We are committed to helping customers resolve shipping damage and product defects as quickly as possible.

Freight Deliveries

Customers should inspect freight shipments upon delivery whenever possible. Visible damage to crates, packaging, or products should be noted on delivery paperwork before signing.

Reporting Shipping Damage

Visible shipping damage, concealed shipping damage, or missing items should be reported to Wellari Wellness within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible so that we can assist with carrier claims and expedite resolution.

Reporting Product Defects

Product defects discovered after delivery may still be covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty and should be reported to our support team as soon as reasonably possible. Warranty coverage, repair procedures, replacement parts, and service options are determined by the applicable manufacturer.

Resolution Options

For verified shipping damage, manufacturer defects, or fulfillment errors, Wellari Wellness may coordinate, as appropriate:

  • Replacement parts

  • Product repair

  • Product replacement

  • Manufacturer service support

  • Other remedies available through the manufacturer, supplier, or carrier

REFUNDS

Inspection Process

Returned products are inspected upon receipt by the manufacturer, supplier, warehouse, or authorized return facility.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WARRANTY SUPPORT

Many products sold by Wellari Wellness include manufacturer-provided warranty coverage. Warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product.

Wellari Wellness will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims and obtaining manufacturer support where available. However, warranty coverage is ultimately governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms and policies.
