Why Consider the YogaPlate?
Every VibePlate model publishes the same vertical motion, 10–60 Hz range and 2 mm amplitude. What the YogaPlate changes is the shape. At six feet long and two feet wide it is the longest flat platform we carry, and the manufacturer positions it for yoga, Pilates and stretching routines.

Should I choose aluminum or steel?
The manufacturer publishes the same capacity, frequency range and amplitude for both. The published difference is weight: 120 lb for aluminum and 250 lb for steel. If the platform may be repositioned, the aluminum version is less than half the weight.
How does the YogaPlate differ from the 3048?
Both carry the 2,400 lb manufacturer capacity rating and the same published vibration figures. The YogaPlate is long and narrow at 24 × 72 inches. The 3048 is wider and shorter at 30 × 48 inches.
Does it need a special outlet?
