Chamber choice in the Summit to Sea range comes down to internal space, not pressure — every chamber in Summit's current lineup operates at the same 1.3 ATA (4.4 PSI). What changes between models is diameter, length and orientation.
The Dive sits in the middle of the range at 33 inches in diameter and 90 inches long — seven inches wider and six inches longer than the Shallow Dive. In practice that extra width is what you feel: it is the difference between a chamber you fit into and one you can move around in a little. It also carries two viewing windows against the Shallow Dive's one, which changes how open the interior feels.
Measure the width first. Length is rarely the constraint in a domestic room; diameter plus the working room you need beside the zipper usually is. Add a position for the two compressors within reach of an outlet.

Why there are two compressors. The second unit is redundancy, not extra output — a single compressor fault does not end a session abruptly. Summit states this chamber uses the same high-efficiency compressors with patented sound suppression as the Shallow Dive and the Grand Dive.
