To ensure a successful White Glove installation, the customer is responsible for the following:
- Site Dimensions: Ensure doorways, hallways, and the final installation room can accommodate the dimensions of the equipment.
- Electrical Requirements: Ensure the installation site meets the specific voltage and outlet requirements (e.g., dedicated 20-amp circuits) provided in your product specifications.
- Floor Load: Confirm the flooring can support the weight of the unit (especially for Hardside Hyperbaric units).
- Clear Path: Ensure a clear, unobstructed path from the delivery truck to the final installation room.
- White-Glove Installation, When Available: Available services, provider qualifications, geographic coverage, pricing, and scope vary by product and delivery location. Any product-specific installation or warranty requirements will be confirmed before purchase or scheduling.
- Standard Freight (Self-Installation):
Improper movement, assembly, electrical work, plumbing, configuration, or installation may damage the product, create safety risks, and affect warranty coverage. Review the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable warranty terms before selecting self-installation.
