Technical Safety & Installation Requirements
Electrical Safety: This chiller is equipped with a built-in GFCI plug for your protection. It must be plugged directly into a grounded, 120V outlet. Use of extension cords is strictly prohibited.
Ventilation Requirements: To prevent compressor overheating, ensure at least 12" of open clearance on all sides of the unit during operation. Do not operate in a completely enclosed cabinet or closet.
Water Management: Do not run the unit 'dry.' Water must be present and circulating before the power is engaged. This system is rated for indoor and covered-outdoor use only.
