Carbon panels deliver infrared across a broad surface at a lower panel temperature than ceramic emitters, which suits a large cabin where even coverage matters more than intensity at any single point. Dynamic fits eight elements plus a floor heater here.

Heater count is not a proxy for cabin performance across different sizes. The three-person Lugano Elite carries nine elements in a 60-inch cabin; this four-person model carries eight in a 70-inch cabin at the same 2,200 watts. Compare rated power and cabin volume together rather than element count alone.

Always read an EMF figure together with its measurement distance. Field strength falls sharply with distance, so a single number without a distance is not comparable between products. Dynamic publishes two reference points for this class — 1 mG or less at 5 inches, and 2.5 mG or less at 1 inch — which is more useful than a single figure because it shows how the reading behaves as you approach the panel.

Where the manufacturer's documents disagree. Dynamic's dealer workbook describes the Ultra Low EMF class as measuring between 3 and 5 mG at 2 to 3 inches from the panels. That cannot be reconciled with the price-sheet specification above: 2 to 3 inches sits between the two published reference distances, so a reading there should fall between 1 and 2.5 mG, not above both. The two documents are dated the same day. We publish the price-sheet specification because it is the primary document, and we are raising the discrepancy with the manufacturer. A 20-amp circuit is not the same as a 15-amp one, and this is the most commonly misplanned item on this model. At 2,200 watts the cabin steps above what the smaller Dynamic saunas draw. Dynamic specifies a dedicated 20-amp breaker and a matching 20-amp outlet, serving the sauna and nothing else. A 15-amp circuit will not run it, and a 20-amp breaker feeding a 15-amp receptacle is not sufficient.

Have a qualified electrician confirm a dedicated 20-amp circuit can be run to the installation point before ordering. Retrofitting a circuit to a finished basement wall is considerably more disruptive once a 70-inch cabin is standing in front of it.

Bronze privacy glass rather than clear. The larger Dynamic cabins use tinted glass while the compact models use clear. In a four-person cabin that is usually the preferable specification — a sauna this size is more often placed in a shared room than a private one.

Measure the wall, then the overhang. The body is 42 inches deep but the roof projects roughly 4.3 inches further, so allow close to 47 inches of total projection. The width is the harder constraint: 70 inches is close to six feet of uninterrupted straight wall, with no allowance for door swing, skirting or trim.

At approximately 410 lb assembled the cabin cannot be repositioned once built. Decide the final location, confirm the circuit reaches it, and measure the full delivery path — doorways, hallway turns and stairs — before ordering.

This is one of the heavier shipments in the Dynamic range. Three cartons totalling approximately 515 lb arrive on a pallet at the curb, and the carrier does not move them into the home. Arrange at least two people and ideally an appliance dolly, and confirm a freight vehicle can reach your address before ordering.

Natural wood notice: Grain, tone, knots and other natural characteristics vary between individual cabins and may differ slightly from product photography. This is normal for solid Canadian Hemlock and is not a defect.

Usage: Intended for indoor residential use. Place the cabin on a level, solid floor and operate it according to the manufacturer's instructions and electrical requirements.
