Common questions
What is the difference between a soft-shell and a hard-shell chamber?
A soft-shell unit uses a fabric envelope over a supporting frame; a hard-shell unit is built around a rigid structural shell. They differ in footprint, portability, delivery access and installation. Specifications are stated per model on each product page.
Can I pack it away between sessions?
That depends on the model. Packed size and set-up arrangements are stated per listing — check them if the unit will not be left in place.
Can I compare two chambers on their published figures?
Only where both manufacturers publish the same figure on the same basis. Where a figure is absent for a model, treat it as unstated rather than assuming it matches another model.
