Most compression systems are sold for legs. This is the upper-body entry point — the control unit with an arm sleeve instead of boots, for people whose training loads the arms and shoulders rather than the legs.
The one thing to understand before ordering: the package contains a single sleeve, not a pair. It is universal, so it fits either arm, and you move it across if you want to do both — but it treats one arm at a time.
Because it is the same REGEN control unit used across the range, boots and a hips attachment can be added later without replacing anything. If you want legs as well from the outset, the Complete Package includes all three attachments.
