To ensure a successful White Glove installation, the customer is responsible for the following:

• Site Dimensions: Ensure doorways, hallways, and the final installation room can accommodate the dimensions of the equipment.
• Electrical Requirements: Ensure the installation site meets the specific voltage and outlet requirements (e.g., dedicated 20-amp circuits) provided in your product specifications.
• Floor Load: Confirm the flooring can support the weight of the unit (especially for Hardside Hyperbaric units).
• Clear Path: Ensure a clear, unobstructed path from the delivery truck to the final installation room.

• White Glove Installation (Recommended): Our certified technicians handle the uncrating, inspection, room-of-choice placement, and professional calibration of your system. This ensures your equipment is set up to factory standards and is fully covered under the manufacturer’s labor warranty.
• Standard Freight (Self-Installation): If you opt for standard freight delivery without White Glove service, the carrier’s responsibility ends at the curb or loading dock. You are responsible for moving the equipment inside and performing the assembly/installation.
