Dynamic Avila 1–2 Person Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna — Canadian Hemlock

The DYN-6103-01 Avila is the most compact cabin Wellari carries in the Dynamic range and the simplest to install: seven carbon far infrared heaters at 1,600 watts on a single dedicated 120V / 15A circuit, in a 39-inch wide Canadian Hemlock cabin that ships in a single carton. It is the entry point to the range, with colour therapy lighting, Bluetooth audio and clear glass.

Wellari Expert Take

Why Consider the Dynamic Avila DYN-6103-01?

The Avila is the least complicated sauna purchase in this range, and that is its argument. It ships in one carton rather than two or three, runs on an ordinary dedicated 15-amp circuit, and at 39 inches wide by 36 inches deep it fits places the rest of the range does not — a spare bedroom corner, a large bathroom, the end of a finished basement.

What it does not have is the fitted equipment the step-up models carry. Dynamic does not list a floor heater, towel rack, magazine rack or MP3 shelf for this cabin; those appear on the Veneto at the same width and circuit size. If you want the simplest possible installation and the smallest footprint, the Avila is the right cabin. If you want an evenly heated footwell, look at the Veneto.

Best For

  • One or two users in the smallest practical footprint — 39″ × 36″.
  • Installations limited to a standard dedicated 120V / 15-amp circuit.
  • Buyers who want the simplest delivery: this cabin ships in a single carton rather than two or three.
  • Spare bedrooms, large bathrooms, walk-in closets and finished basements.
  • Buyers who do not need a floor heater or fitted racks and would rather not pay for them.

DYN-6103-01 Features & Buying Details

Far Infrared Heating System
  • Heater count: 7 carbon heating elements
  • Heating type: Far infrared
  • Rated power: 1,600 watts
  • EMF classification: Low EMF

Carbon heating panels spread their output across a large surface area and run at a lower panel temperature than ceramic rods, warming the body steadily rather than radiating intensely from a few points. Seven elements in a cabin this size gives a high element density relative to floor area.

Dynamic does not list a floor heater for this model. We publish what is documented for this exact cabin rather than the range specification — the Veneto and the larger models in the range do include one.

Low EMF Classification — What Dynamic Documents
Low EMF — 8 mG or less at 6–8 inches from the heating panelsManufacturer specification, Dynamic Low EMF documentation dated 01 May 2026.

Read an EMF figure together with its measurement distance. Field strength falls sharply as you move away from the source, so a number quoted without a distance tells you very little, and a lower figure measured further from the panel is not necessarily a lower-emission cabin. Dynamic states this cabin at 8 mG or less measured 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels — roughly where a seated user's back rests.

A note on the manufacturer's own documents. Dynamic's dealer workbook describes the Low EMF class as measuring between 5 and 10 mG at 2 to 3 inches from the panels. That is a closer measuring distance and is not in conflict with the figure above — readings rise as you approach the panel. We publish the price-sheet specification because it is the primary document and it states the distance a user actually sits at.

If a lower figure matters to you, the Avila Elite is the identical cabin in the Ultra Low EMF class, specified at 1 mG or less at 5 inches.

Electrical & Installation Planning
  • Rated power: 1,600 watts
  • Electrical service: 120V / 15A
  • Configuration: Dedicated 15-amp breaker and outlet required
  • Installation environment: Indoor use only
  • Designated use: Residential

"Dedicated" is the operative word. Dynamic specifies a 15-amp breaker and outlet serving this sauna and nothing else. The circuit size itself is ordinary, so this model rarely needs panel work — but an outlet that also feeds room lighting, a bathroom or a laundry appliance is shared and does not meet the requirement.

This is the lowest-friction electrical requirement in the Dynamic range, and it is a genuine reason to choose this cabin over the larger models, which need a dedicated 20-amp circuit run to them.

Lighting, Audio, Controls & Materials
  • Chromotherapy: Colour therapy lighting with red light feature
  • Audio: Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary connection
  • Glass: Clear glass
  • Wood: Canadian Hemlock
  • Colour: Honey dark stain
  • Assembly: Clasp-together panel construction

Dynamic fits clear glass to the compact cabins in this range rather than the bronze privacy glass used on the larger models. In a small cabin that keeps the interior feeling less enclosed, which is worth considering if the sauna is going somewhere already tight.

Size & Space Planning
  • Exterior dimensions: 39″ W × 36″ D × 73″ H
  • Capacity: 1–2 person
  • Assembled weight: Approximately 250 lb
  • Assembly: Clasp-together panel construction

This is the smallest cabin in the Dynamic range Wellari carries, and at 73 inches it is also the shortest — useful in basements with limited headroom or rooms with ductwork.

Although rated for two people, perceived interior room depends on the height and seating preference of the users. At 36 inches deep two adults will be seated close together. At approximately 250 lb assembled the cabin cannot practically be repositioned once built, so decide the final location before assembly begins.

Shipping, Freight & Delivery
  • Freight method: LTL freight
  • Delivery: Curbside only, on a pallet, by a freight carrier
  • Cartons: 1
  • Shipping weight: Approximately 285 lb on the pallet
  • Country of manufacture: China

Single-carton delivery is a real advantage here. Most cabins in this range arrive in two or three cartons; this one arrives in one, at approximately 285 lb on the pallet. It still comes curbside only and the carrier will not bring it inside, so arrange at least two people and confirm a freight vehicle can reach your address.

Warranty & Manufacturer Information
  • Manufacturer warranty: 5 years
  • Brand: Dynamic Saunas — distributed by Golden Designs, Inc.
  • Model: Avila, DYN-6103-01
  • Country of manufacture: China

Warranty terms, coverage and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer and may vary by component. Review the manufacturer's current warranty documentation for the terms that apply to your unit, and keep your purchase documentation for future support reference.

Natural Wood, Safety & Usage

Natural wood notice: Grain, tone, knots and other natural characteristics vary between individual cabins and may differ slightly from product photography. This is normal for solid Canadian Hemlock and is not a defect.

Usage: Intended for indoor residential use. Dynamic states its cabins can be installed on carpet or any indoor location including basements, bathrooms and walk-in closets. Place the cabin on a level, solid floor and operate it according to the manufacturer's instructions and electrical requirements.

Hydration and comfort: Stay appropriately hydrated, and leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, uncomfortable or otherwise unwell.

Medical disclaimer: This product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, use an implanted medical device, or have questions about whether sauna use is appropriate for you.

Compare the Dynamic 1–2 Person Range

Wellari carries three Dynamic cabins sized for one to two people. All three are Canadian Hemlock, all three use seven carbon far infrared heaters, and all three run at 1,600 watts on a single dedicated 120V / 15-amp circuit. They differ in EMF class and fitted equipment.

  • Avila — DYN-6103-01 — this page. Low EMF, 39″ × 36″ × 73″, clear glass, colour therapy lighting and Bluetooth audio. Ships in 1 carton. The simplest installation in the range.
  • Avila Elite — DYN-6103-01 Elite. The same cabin in the Ultra Low EMF class, specified at 1 mG or less at 5 inches rather than 8 mG or less at 6–8 inches.
  • Veneto — DYN-6115-05. Low EMF at the same width but 75″ tall, and the fuller fitted specification: floor heater, towel rack, magazine rack and MP3 shelf. Ships in 2 cartons.

How to choose. Three cabins, effectively two questions. Do you want the lower documented EMF figure? Then the Elite. Do you want a floor heater and fitted racks? Then the Veneto. If neither, the Avila is the smallest, lightest and simplest of the three to get into a room.

For help choosing between far infrared and full-spectrum heating, see the Infrared & Full-Spectrum Sauna Buyer's Guide, or browse the full Low, Ultra-Low & Near Zero EMF sauna collection.

Before You Buy: Confirm you can provide a dedicated 120V / 15-amp breaker and outlet serving the sauna and nothing else. Measure for a 39″ wide, 36″ deep cabin at 73″ tall, and measure the full delivery path from the curb — the unit arrives in a single carton weighing approximately 285 lb on a pallet, curbside only. At approximately 250 lb assembled the cabin cannot practically be repositioned, so confirm the final location first. Note that Dynamic does not list a floor heater for this model; the Veneto at the same width does include one. Although rated for two people, perceived interior room depends on the size and seating preferences of the users. Manufacturer specifications may be revised; review current manufacturer documentation for final installation and operating requirements.

Common Questions

What electrical circuit does the DYN-6103-01 need?

A dedicated 120V / 15-amp circuit — an ordinary household circuit size, but it must serve the sauna alone. At 1,600 watts this model does not require a 20-amp upgrade, which makes it the least demanding installation in the Dynamic range. Confirm with a qualified electrician that the intended outlet is on its own breaker.

Does the Avila have a floor heater?

No. Dynamic's current documentation lists colour therapy lighting, a Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary connection and clear glass for this model, and does not list a floor heater, towel rack, magazine rack or MP3 shelf. Those appear on the Veneto, which is the same width and runs on the same circuit.

What is the difference between the Avila and the Avila Elite?

EMF class. Both are the same 39-inch Canadian Hemlock cabin with seven carbon heaters at 1,600 watts on a dedicated 15-amp circuit. The Avila is specified as Low EMF — 8 mG or less at 6 to 8 inches; the Elite is specified as Ultra Low EMF — 1 mG or less at 5 inches.

How is it delivered?

By LTL freight, curbside only, on a pallet, in a single carton weighing approximately 285 lb. That is one carton rather than the two or three most cabins in this range arrive in. The carrier will not bring it inside, so arrange at least two people and confirm freight access to your address.

Can it go on carpet?

Dynamic states its cabins can be installed on carpet or any indoor location including basements, bathrooms and walk-in closets. The requirement is a level, solid floor — panel cabins rely on square alignment to seal correctly at the clasps.

What warranty applies?

Dynamic provides a 5-year manufacturer warranty on this model. Coverage and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer and may vary by component.

Why Buy From Wellari Wellness

Manufacturer Specifications, Stated Plainly

Wellari Wellness publishes current manufacturer specifications — heater counts, electrical requirements including circuit size, cabin dimensions, carton counts, freight terms and warranty coverage — so you can compare models on the facts rather than on marketing language. Where a feature appears on most of a range but not on one model, we publish that model's own specification rather than the range's. Products are sourced through verified manufacturer, distributor or supplier channels.

Smallest cabin, lowest EMF figure, or the floor heater?

Three cabins at this size share a circuit and a footprint and differ in exactly two ways. Tell us the room and what matters most, and we will point you at the right one.
