At Wellari Wellness, we are committed to delivering premium wellness equipment safely and professionally. Below are our standardized shipping terms, designed to provide full transparency for our customers.

1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

  • Shipping Cost: All in-stock items are eligible for free standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
    Freight, oversized, bulky, or scheduled delivery items (e.g., ski simulators, racing cockpits, commercial installations) may require additional delivery fees. Any such fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed or confirmed with you prior to shipment. All applicable shipping costs (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We do not charge hidden handling fees.
  • Service Area: We ship exclusively to the United States.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD ($).

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Total delivery time is calculated by adding the Handling Time (preparing your order) to the Transit Time (carrier transport).

  • Processing Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day. Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday.

3. Carriers & Delivery

  • Shipping From: All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Wellari Wellness from our U.S.-based warehouse and authorized distribution partners. Wellari Wellness (Wellari LLC) is the official seller of record for all transactions completed on this website. We manage order processing, customer support, and post-delivery assistance directly.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Signature Requirement: For security and insurance purposes, high-value wellness equipment may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Carriers: We use reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL. All shipments include carrier insurance. Wellari Wellness assumes responsibility for loss or damage during transit. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will assist in resolving the issue, including coordinating directly with the carrier and arranging replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Taxes

  • Tax Status: Prices listed on our website exclude sales tax.
  • Calculation: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your specific delivery address.

5. Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
  • International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Modifications & Damages

  • Address Changes: We cannot change the delivery address once a shipment is in transit. Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering for corrections.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel for a full refund before the order has been processed for shipment.
  • Damaged Items: If a package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us at info@wellariwellness.com within 48 hours.
