At Wellari Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward return and refund process to ensure a premium experience.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Accepted Returns: We accept returns for both defective products (damaged/incorrect) and customer remorse (e.g., changed your mind).
  • Product Condition: Items must be in New condition, unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories.

2. Return Methods & Fees

We believe in transparent service, which is why we handle the costs of returning your items.

  • Return Method: All returns are conducted via mail.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Free. We provide free return shipping for both defective products and customer remorse.
  • Restocking Fees: $0.00. There are no restocking fees for any returned items.
  • Return Label: Once your return is authorized, we will provide a pre-paid return label via email at no cost to you.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at info@wellariwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Receive Label: Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid Return Label to print.
  • Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location (UPS, FedEx, or USPS as specified on the label).

"For oversized items (saunas/cold plunges), we will coordinate a freight pickup at your location rather than a drop-off."

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. To ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible, please follow the return process for your current item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method used during checkout.
